Pokemon started the craze and addiction - moving me away from baseball cards and into the world of constant organization.

I got such sticker-shock from Modern Horizons 3 prices that it made me reevaluate how I feel about MTG, and how much money I am comfortable spending on MTG. I made a vow to myself that I wouldn't buy a single Modern Horizons 3 product. I skipped MH3, I have however spent a small amount on Bloomborrow.
Seems like more hope than anything to think that MH3 will somehow gain popularity suddenly in X amount of months. Newer and newer sets will just continue to be the hotness. When you release sets so close apart they cannibalize each other.
I truly think WotC haa reached basically full market penetration. I can't imagine that they would be able to get ever more people into mtg, especially since young people aren't getting into it as it seems. So agree, the sets just take away sales from their own previous sets
MH3 will be in print for quite some time. Even though there are a lot of good cards, the box prices are excessive. All sets get overshadowed because there is a new product out practically every month. I am buying more singles now because there is clearly not enough value in MOST boxes. Disa the Restless foil is a .25 cent card and Coram the Undertaker is another .30 cents. Herigast is only $4.50 The hits in the Collectors box adds up to $266.00 on TCGPlayer while a Collectors box sells for $385.00 to $390.00 plus tax. The two Esper Sentinels helped out a lot but there is not enough value out of both boxes. Since MH3 will be printed a lot, these prices will go down. Thank you for the video.
Yes...Commander players and general collectors still care about MH3. I think Modern players have got most the cards they needed...at least for now.
A lot of people who would have bought, like me, won them on Arena and are waiting for them in the mail. I’d probably try to do the same for Bloomburrow, but my kids love it and may want it sooner
also, Psychic Frog is worth more that most of the fetchlands (at the time of this filming)
I have a theory that the fetchlands and the flip walkers come from the same sheet. Obviously this is a far fetched theory because the flip walkers are mythic and the fetchlands are rare, but hear me out. I bet the fetchlands appear on that sheet more often than the walkers, and that's why a box with more fetchlands will have fewer flip walkers and vice versa.
Great cards for sure. I wasn't a huge fan of the draft experience though as I'm not into eldrazi.

i stopped caring about mtg the minute they started doing the cross-over-universe bullshit and making the cards look goofy as fuck. i found myself drawing my opening hand with cards that looked like each one was from a different card game. fuck all that
