Sorry about that 😕 usually I try to describe my experience with them. But It's a great bicycle. Pretty much the positive points are speed(22mph), power (500w motor 48v battery), has a throttle and its foldable, the negative points I would say are it's heavy(60lbs) , low battery capacity(7.8ah), not the most comfortable. It's still a nice bike, I wouldn't think twice to buy it.

That's a good question, I haven't checked that but I am sure amazon or alli express might have them.
