So to import a video, on the viewport, be sure to be in Object mode then SHIFT+A to open the Add menu. Scroll down to image > and choose reference. A little window will pop up, at the top right corner you should see a gear icon ⚙ and near to it you have the a filter icon with a arrow pointing down 🔽 . Click on it then thick ✅ Movie files format. Now locate your video then open it. Hope this help 😊
I think mixing 2D with 3D makes the animation process faster, there are several types of ways to draw lines on a 3D object, the textures are just bad, the vertex is difficult to match the width of the line, there is the pencil grease it is difficult to fit the line in the 3d object, there is the fresley that you cannot see in viwport and it has a system of contour of 3d objects ua-cam.com/video/QVbrNuxn39w/v-deo.html, this is the best in relation to the others.
