  • In this video, I review my Thai Airways 787 Dreamliner Business Class experience on a one-way flight from Perth to Bangkok. Having paid approximately $2000 for this flight, I was expecting more from the service, but the experience was mixed.
The business class on the Boeing 787 Dreamliner uses the older 2-2-2 seating configuration, which feels outdated compared to the modern 1-2-1 layout many airlines now offer in their business class cabins. The plane itself seemed a bit old, and the vegetarian meal options were disappointing, leaving me hungry for most of the flight. However, the crew was very friendly and attentive, which added a positive note to the trip.
If you're considering flying Thai Airways in business class, this video will give you an honest review of what to expect. Don't miss my thoughts on the Boeing 787 Dreamliner, the cabin layout, and whether this business class product is worth it. This vlog is in Hindi and you will see my notes in English during the duration of the vlog.

HISTORY OF THAI AIRWAYS ( web search )
Thai Airways was founded in 1960 as a joint venture between Thailand's domestic carrier, Thai Airways Company (TAC), and Scandinavian Airlines (SAS). The collaboration aimed to develop an international airline for Thailand. By 1977, the Thai government acquired full ownership, transforming Thai Airways into the country’s flagship carrier.
Over the decades, Thai Airways has expanded its network to cover key destinations worldwide, becoming renowned for its world-class service and authentic Thai hospitality. The airline is a founding member of the Star Alliance, one of the largest airline alliances globally, enhancing its global reach.
Thai Airways operates a modern fleet of aircraft, including the Boeing 787 Dreamliner, Airbus A350, and Airbus A380, offering a blend of comfort and efficiency. The airline is known for offering luxurious Royal First and Royal Silk Business Class experiences, often reflecting the elegance and warmth of Thai culture. However, in recent years, it has faced financial challenges, and its products, like the 2-2-2 business class seating on some of its aircraft, have become somewhat outdated compared to the competition.
