I composed this track using different tibetan singing bowls along with flowing water and chirping birds in background, useful for meditation and relaxation.

Since antiquity, singing bowls have been used for meditation and for their relaxing properties.
The seven metals used to make them usually stand for the seven planets.
Tibetan singing bowls make sounds that promote relaxation and help with meditation. They may be seen on Buddhist altars and temples all over the world and are a crucial meditation aid.
Deep relaxation and stress reduction are further uses for Tibetan singing bowls.
Bell metal, copper, and tin are the primary materials used to make Tibetan bowls.
Sometime singing bowls are made of an alloy consisting of various metals, often seven, each associated with a heavenly body. Those commonly mentioned are gold, silver, mercury, copper, iron, tin and lead.
► Birds Sounds and Stream Water Sounds
The sounds of nature, such as running water and chirping birds, are said to be good for our well being. Long employed in meditation to calm the mind and significantly impact sleep induction, water sounds and singing birds can be heard in the background.
