I put this video on when I am praying, and I also keep it on at night while I sleep. My daughter came into my bedroom while it was on, she said the room felt so peaceful.
This calms and relaxes my sister, who had Parkinson's Dementia, every day after her lunch. She stops grasping, pulling, struggling and relaxes on her bed for 30 minutes. Thank you for this lively gift.
This helps me journey to see my Mum, she transitioned last year. We sit on the top of a mountain on the picnic rug holding hands watching the beautiful views.
