Japanese style breakfast

  • It's not very often, but sometimes I eat Japanese breakfast like this way.
    It's fun to eat together with freshly steaming rice and a bit of carefully prepared side dishes.
    I'm a Korean but live in Japan.
    Attached is the recipe information in the video.
    Pot boiled rice (2~3 servings): 2 cups of rice (160 ml X 2 cup), 320 ml of water
    Wash rice and sieve the water out. Put the soak rice in a pot for about 20 minutes. After boiling it over medium heat, turn it into low heat and boil it for 10 to 13 minutes.
    Turn off the heat, let it steam boiled rice for 10 to 15 minutes, and mix thoroughly.
    Mushroom miso soup(2 servings):Gatsuo Busi broth 400 to 500ml (about 2 cups), Mushroom 100g, Miso paste 1 to 1.5Ts
    Put mushrooms in katsuobushi soup and miso paste when mushrooms are cooked.
    It tastes good to get off the fire right after dissolve miso paste.
