As a screenwriter, I study emotions and motives. I can 100% say that most people who go on blonde or just decide to change a usual way they looked are not fine fine. PS: I'm not judging nor saying their choices are bad or anything. It is just that things like that are fueled by emotional or mental breakdown. The good thing is that, most of us actually find ourselves in that phase, some don't, some get swallowed in it, some just find a way back.
First year in college I cut all my hair into a Mohawk and dyed it red. It was my first year living away from parents and all the way in America. I’d say that was a shout of freedom not a cry for help 😂

I wouldn't call being adventurous an unhealthy way of dealing with feelings Except you're actively avoiding and not confronting the issue at hand, and taking time to process it But I believe it is also useful, to take our minds off depressing stuff… Just like any other thing Are you sad? You might talk to a friend And then they'll make you feel better They’ll maybe say something stupid that'll make you laugh And then you’ll yab them So yh… Taking your mind off something shouldn’t be bad There just had to be a balance
