      Check websites of bda, bmrda, bippa, or respective location's planning authority approval. Ekatha wl be issued only for approved layouts.
      If not agriculture site, make sure DC converted, and govt bylaws compliant.
      Rera approval also important.
      Occupancy & completion certificate.
      Also consult with lawyer also and make sure you get proper legal opinion in writing before your proceed.

    Sir, NH 948 work completed? There were many incomplete bits! Rail connectivity not so satisfactory in Kanakapura Road. Any expansion plan for the Green Line beyond silk Institute, pls.?

      NH 948 not fully completed in this area.. phase 4 of metro green expansion will cover from silk institute to harohalli for about 20 kms.
