$1 million dollar Bitcoin isn't unrealistic, a $30 trillion dollar crypto market, with Bitcoin maintaining it's current crypto market dominance gets you to that price.

I think that this prediction does go hand in hand with hyper inflation. So if Btc hits 100 million, a million dollars will then be likely worth what a hundred thousand dollars is today. Or there could be central bank use o r Btc as reserve currency. One or both could push this .
