Booneman your talent along with your imagination are awesome great job my friend
Thank you buddy
Great tutorial Boone, I’m gonna give it a try!
That’s awesome, and thank you 😊
Get a set of those red handle tube benders, like for brake lines and it’ll bend without kinking. I use them for tube and well brake lines lol. Pole looks awesome! Has that old 70-80s track look.
Thanks buddy, yes the brake line tube blender would be perfect 👍
Dude this light post is beautiful
I plan on having a very minimalistic layout and these detailed projects of yours are great for that.
Impressive how the little details (like the post grooves) make such a big difference.
Thank you again and superb job
Cheers from Brazil
Thank you Kojas
If you fill the tube with sand should bend without kinking awesome job 👏
Thanks John… I did try that but didn’t have to much success…. I think I’m just going to need to invest in a brake line bending tool… 😂
@Boone's Slot Car Garage maybe you used wrong type of sand 😆 😜

Cool 👍
Thanks Brian
Good insights Boone. BTW, those are transformers, not “transistors.”
😂 thanks bud
Hey Boone, have you ever thought about doing a video on running jumpers around the track? It'd be pretty cool to see some easy step by steps on that lol. Looks kinda confusing to me bud.
Yes , I do plan on a video covering this. I actually get a lot of people asking me how to make and install jumpers. I know that it’s a video I need to do 😂
@@BoonesSlotCarGarageHaha, right on man! You make things look easy to do so I think you'd be the perfect person to show us some how to's on it.
@@mikelandis6042 thanks Mike, I’ll put this video on the front of the list when I get back to my 1/32 layout
Hey Boone, that light fixture looks really good. Your workmanship is top of the line.
I wanted to asked you about your track. Did you glue foam to the bottom of your track in order to reduce that hollow plastic sound when the cars race over it? Kinda the same thinking how Tesla glues foam inside the tires for a quieter ride.
Actually I didn’t do that. My track sits right on the wood table. But if I were to put a sound absorbing material down, I would recommend using cork mat. Polystyrene is hard and will not absorb sound as well as cork .
@@BoonesSlotCarGarage OK thanks Boone. That makes sense. I use the cork to absorb my sound concerns.

Hi mate sorry what kind of washers are they
No worries… they are upholstery countersunk washers. You can find them at pretty much any hardware store
Poles need a little green
😂 thanks John
