I was tempted by the Nama juicer but I will keep my Green Star. The reason: I work from home and I can juice whenever I want. I can make a juice in the morning, don't clean it, rince it later by pouring some water in it, juice again, and repeat this all day long. I will wash it at night. With Nama I would either make a lot of juice in the morning and store it in the fridge, and I hate cold juices, or wash the Nama every time I make a juice. I had a Kuvings and I really didn't like cleaning it. So, if you are like me, fresh juice without washing the machine every time I think Green Star is the way. What you also forget to mention is the magnets Green Star has, ans I remember couple of years ago you were very excited about them.

Hi paul Disco Debbie here from California. love to see you again looking young. like I knew you when are you going to shave. love to see you without it. Lol I know OK I am Raw Vegan probably almost as long as you may be a little longer almost 40 years glad you are doing well my friend
I wish these guys would clearly list WHY and WHAT the reasons they feel - NAMA is their preference vs GREEN STAR yet they seem to be yapping like women in a knitting circle. AND they get a discount for saying NAMA is better. I don’t want to listen to their life stories or yammering. UGH
The Green Star is great and does outshine the Nama in yielding more quality juice....however, you do have a smaller chute and that means more prep time in cutting the pieces down to fit a 1x1 chute. The augers in the Greenstar are actually magnetic as well. They have to be fit into the machine in a certain position as to work together, but it is a slow twin gears auger. There are more pieces to clean and assemble/disassemble. I have the Green Star. I do not have a Nama J2 as of yet. I have done some research and I read comments of those who have one. Majority love the machine. There are less parts, and less prep time in getting to the end result. Some comments have shown that they think the parts seem cheap for the price. Th e thing is, even if they seem cheap to ones opinion, people are still expressing that even continued use after a couple years, they are still satisfied in their purchase. If the product serves and you use it...then it is worth getting. We are responsible for our own health.
