This is why I love this show and Josh. He could easily do the click bait thing and say how Ohio State is crumbling because thats a narritive that sells and gets people talking. Or you could look at it as a whole and realize the margin for error is so thin in college and ohio state is a missed field goal last year from winning a title and a drive away from beating a good michigan team in AA this year. The margin for error is getting bigger with the 13 team playoff. I dont think ive ever seen ohio state outside the top 10 in rankings. They will be in the dance on a bad year.

    16 years...
OSU fans were spoiled for 16 years, enjoying a Victory against That Team Up North all but 1 of those years. (and that 1 year was when OSU had an interim Coach)
It makes this 3 year run of theirs hurt even more, watching that Natty hurt just as much as when they beat us in November.
Edit: and for those saying "You should be happy for your conference". If it was any other B1G Ten team you'd be right. But you don't understand this rivalry, it's about more than football.

Not sure who people believe can come in and run OSU better than Day right now. He is still a very young coach in experience, and though there are a lot of narratives I believe he should have a chance to go out and make changes to staff and operations to get him over the hump. He's recruiting extremely well, and he hasnt lost the random games against Purdue, Iowa, ect. Urban made bad decisions also and lets not gloss over xichigan state. Yes, there were some coaching changes and Harbaugh benefitted greatly from his brother's gifts from the Raven's defensive coaches and schemes. But the greatest benefit Michigan reaped was their retention of all of those seniors. The COVID-19 gift that keeps on giving. They stayed and Michigan's lack of recruiting was offset by players staying and getting better. They have 44 seniors and super seniors. This recipe will not be repeated again. Enjoy it while you can because the NCAA is coming to vacate all wins from 2021, 2022, and 2023 including the Natty. Ryan day is going to lose 2-3 games again next year and another one to Michigan. These moves he’s allegedly making are long overdue. You could say a day late and a dollar short. Day is not ready for the new big ten but he may get lucky and wander into the playoffs since they’re expanded. If he could win big games against anyone but Michigan then you could say he’s worth keeping, but he’s lost to Georgia, Clemson, Alabama, Oregon, and mizzou out of conference in big games

So the Clemson win is not good, neither is the Utah win? Alabama had a generational team in 2020, Clemson 2019 was rigged.

We could list Harbaugh's losses. I don't how many of those 25 losses were OOC games.
