A little humor: If the PBMs put the brakes on most all of us being able to use GLP-1s through our insurance, it will help Eli Lilly and Novo Nordisk to get caught up on demand and put the medicines back on the pharmacy shelves as a lot of us cannot afford the $550 - $1,200 cost out of pocket; thus the shortage aspect will no longer be stressful for us! Guess this will help Eli Lilly, Novo Nordisk and the PBMs. Us--not so much. Oops, guess I just lost my sense of humor about this again...😒
All humor aside, I’m guessing you’d simply see more people paying out of pocket.
I look forward to this podcast every week but I always wait until I can watch you with video instead of just audio

Dave this is fasenating news,but not sure I want an implant.also I agree with Cloakster,still shortages.I was happy this past week I could get the twelve.5.I have been on the 15for nines months.But I think for maintance going down is a good thing. know you had to get the twelve also.Have a blessed day .❤❤
Next dental insurance is going to require a 24hr body camera you have to wear. To monitor all food you put in your mouth. And if they catch candy or sugar foods that can increase the risk of cavities, they will refuse to fill cavities.
Dental insurance already in general is the trash of all insurance
Will the mounjaro shortage end by year end? What are your thoughts?
Ease some? Maybe. End? Prolly not. 😕
And it’ll likely continue to be pretty regional… aka some locales being *very* hard hit, and others, not so bad. 🤷♀️

Eli Lilly tells investors on their earnings call that don't expect shortages to end until release of olforglipron (small molecule GLP-1 pill) in 2026. Personally, I am hoping things will improve with the release of new CagriSema medication.
