Stir-Fried Cabbage With Dried Shrimp (包心菜炒蝦皮) is a classic dish that is served regularly on my dinner table. Mostly because it is so quick and easy to make.

5 Tbsp oil
Seasoning:
2 Tbsp light soy sauce
1/4 - 1/2 tsp salt to taste
Few dashes of pepper
