Whenever I take trips to new cities I'm always curious about what my life would look like there if I maintained my current budget. So today we are in Washington D.C. and are touring a few luxury apartments with a $4,000 budget. All apartments shown are 2 beds and 2 baths with 1,000 - 1,300 square feet.
