Hi Bobby, Do you happen to know the name of the part where the bolt that goes into the serpentine belt tensioner and the other (I don't know the name of) part is called? A piece of the bolt broke off in that other part, we tried using an angle drill with appropriate drill bit but it didn't work... AM
My Honda tensioner bolt was a 17 mm and loosened that bolt had no result other than coming off. Never able to loosen the belt using the video, might have to remove the alternator and see if I can move it enough to remove the belt.

By the way your diagram is real help and good.
It takes a lot of pressure on the pulley, just when you don't think it can go further, it can. It is a very tight fit.
What do you do when the bolt won't budge?

We were able to remove but unable to put back in. It will not go pull around the top

arent there notches / lines on the belt you have to match them up to the old belt ....
