  • After more than two months since last being in the studio together, Adams and North have come back to record their latest show with an update on ASIC.
Adams reveals that information gleaned from various Freedom of Information requests indicate that 13 ASIC employees are holding 142 documents spanning hundreds of pages about John Adams.
Some of the documents related to Martin North and In the Interests of the People.
Adams suspects that ASIC has complied a secret dossier about Adams and North as background research.
Adams is now waiting to see whether ASIC will release all 142 documents unredacted or not.
    The ASIC saga continues.....

    This is great news.
    Heartiest congratulations.
I pray the truth will be revealed and all those involved will be exposed.
It’s amazing how quickly the labor party can change its position when motivated to do so. Looks like it responds best to fear.
Keep shaking those bushes fellas, something nasty is going to fall out.
The Treasurer putting a clamp on the Senate reporting publicly seems an extraordinary step to take. Something stinks right at the top of the government and the people have a right to know.

    • @scottmccutcheon9828
      @scottmccutcheon9828 Рік тому +1

      You raise a good question.
I was thinking along similar lines.
It ought not be overlooked that somewhere along the line the RBA and ASIC do in fact have some connection, after all, ASIC is supposed to be overseeing the Australian Investment Markets, correct? ASIC's counterpart here in the U.S. being the SEC. I'll return to this in a moment.
When I heard John refer to "public interest immunity" as a reason for withholding information all I could think of is how here in the U.S. our "govern - ment" frequently falls back on the worn out cliché "national security" in order to hide it's nefarious deeds.
Returning to your question about the RBA and how that may be affecting John's enquiry in to the operations (or lack thereof) : At some point we must come to the full gravity of knowledge that nearly all of these central banks (i.e. - the RBA in Australia, the Federal Reserve here in the U.S.) are not part of the "govern - ment. They are privately owned "for profit" institutions that "govern - ment" has a token ownership stake in. And the vast majority of these central banks report directly to the B.I.S. headquartered in Basel, Switzerland, itself a "State within a State" subject to no nation's law. Hence we see attempted enquiry in to the deeper more intricate workings of these central banks deflected, if not outright thwarted, at every turn.
In my opinion, perhaps John needs to look beyond ASIC and in to the RBA. It would not at all surprise me if John were to uncover some directive come out of the in-house legal arm of the B.I.S.
You may at this point, and perhaps rightly say, "well that's a bit farfetched, isn't it?" To most people, perhaps so. Nevertheless, please hear me out.
First, in reference to that in-house legal arm of the B.I.S. : That entity is known as the Financial Stability Board, commonly referred to as the F.S.B. That entity quite literally writes up "law" on the whim as enquiries are leveled at the central banks and their shareholder/owner commercial banks (typically in each country the ones categorized as GSIBs / SIFIs).
Several years ago, here in the U.S., a rather prominent patent attorney, John Titus, began doing deep-dive investigation in to why nobody, not one single person, nor any of the largest financial institutions were held up any account for the 2007 ~ 2009 GFC that stemmed from the exceedingly overheated residential mortgage market and the affiliated CDOs and CMOs in the derivatives market that sent shockwaves to many countries across the world. In his investigations, John discovered, after numerous submitted FOIAs being answered, that the F.S.B. had legal teams guiding the commercial banks through any litigation stemming from the GFC. The GFC of course being caused directly from U.S. "govern - ment" created lending law and dramatically lowered credit standards of the mortgage lenders that were a byproduct of that legislation. The U.S. "govern - ment", the FED, and the banks were (and still are) complicit in creating the 2007 ~ 2009 GFC. One could rightly argue whether or not those complicit actions were intentional or not, yet, looking at present financial machinations, particularly in the collective West along with deeper historical research, it's self-evident we're watching an intentionally manufactured global financial crisis, that got severely ramped up in late-2019 (John Titus has unearthed unequivocal evidence of that too).
Thus, why I think John Adams should look in to the RBA. Perhaps he ought even reach out to John Titus for some tips on navigating those waters.
Perhaps John may consider reaching out to Catherine Austin Fitts and Dr. Mark Skidmore as well.
The financial chicanery that goes on here in the U.S. and has been uncovered by those three (and they are not the only ones, though perhaps the most notable) is astonishing to say the least.
Catherine Austin Fitts is quite blunt about the financial condition of the U.S., emphatically stating : "It's too late! The country has been gutted! All the money has been stolen!"
With a USD currently worth 2.9¢ of it's original $1.00, by the FED's own admission (and declining at roughly 6% ~ 7% per year), one would find it difficult to argue against Catherine's opinion. And she is certainly not the only one of that opinion.
If John Adams were to dig deeper in the inner workings of the RBA would he unearth similar financial chicanery? I wouldn't at all be surprised. And wrapped up in that would likely be the answer as to why he's run in to a wall pertaining to his ASIC enquiry.
From far West Texas, PEACE and be well.

Would think Labor would be into ASIC. Any issues they can blame the previous government as its still early days to lay blame. Ignoring it and getting stuck later on will give them less political clout as too much time and thus water is going under the bridge for them to lay blame elsewhere....So it's very interesting that Labor doesn't want to bring this out to show the previous government up!

Watch how govt confuses up the situation and diverts away from the issue.
One trick is to call for a negotiated solution where the "impartial investigator" is part of their team and writes the final report in their favor.
Another is to claim that secrecy is necessary in the greater national interest and shut down the investigation.
Third is to drag the issue out till everyone loses interest or runs out of money for legal battles.

      @scottmccutcheon9828 Рік тому +3

      You're on the right track.
Keep in mind ASIC does in fact have some direct ties to the RBA, after all, ASIC is tasked with overseeing the machinations of the Australian financial/investment markets, correct? Thus the answer to your question is actually quite simple : The Australian. "govern - ment", the RBA, and quite likely any Australian financial institution that actively and legally participates in the Australian investment markets (debt, equities, derivatives and so on). Being that I'm here in the U.S., I'm just making a guess that Australia may have a similar regulatory/funding structure similar to ASICs U.S. counterpart, the SEC and FTC.
That said, you are still on the right track, think bigger. Much bigger. Macro, as in global.
It must not be overlooked, Australia is not an island unto itself, neither is the RBA. The RBA is in fact a private for profit bank, no less so than the U.S. Federal Reserve. The RBA is wholly owned by the larger commercial banks (typically any of those ranked as GSIBs / SIFIs) with the Australian "govern - ment" having a token ownership/shareholder stake.
That being the case I'll present you with two questions, each one having only one correct answer respectively :
      1) What institution is the Central Bank of ALL central banks (with few exceptions) including the RBA, the U.S. Federal Reserve, the BoE, the ECB, the BoJ, et al? You may already know, yet, for fun I'll provide a hint : That institution is headquartered in Basel, Switzerland and is a "State within a State", thus it is sovereign unto itself and it's sovereignty extending to all of it's member central banks with that same sovereignty extending further to the commercial banks that are shareholders of the central bank in the respective country. Case in point : Have you noticed how it is that whenever a MAP directs a question to the managing director of the RBA, the MAP receives a word salad of nothing as a response? It is no different here in the U.S. Simply watch and listen to J. Powell during his press conference after an FOMC Meeting or when he testifies in front of a committee in the House or Senate? There's a whole lot of stuttering and stammering followed by a bunch of nonsensical drivel almost 180° the opposite of what's actually going on in the markets and the greater economy at large. They know they're obfuscating facts.
      2) Within that Institution above, what is the name of it's own in-house legal arm?
If John endeavors to dig deep enough, he'll look in to the inner workings of the RBA which will lead him to the answers to the two questions I presented to you. And there John will quite likely find why he has now run in to a wall pertaining to his present enquiry in to ASIC. You may rightly ask why I think this may be so? Years after the 2007 ~ 2009 GFC that stemmed from the U.S. residential mortgage crisis (which then led to the U.S. taxpayer funded bank bailouts, and the neverending "Q.E."....which is nothing other than artificially propping up an insolvent financial system, but such is the "magic" of printing money out of thin air) some rather interesting revelations were discovered that led all the way up to that Central Bank of all central banks and it's own in-house legal arm.
Regardless of country, the web of the global banking system is far, far, more inextricably and incestuously intertwined than the vast majority of people comprehend. If they did there would truly be people equipped with pitchforks marching in the streets looking for just restitution.
From far West Texas, PEACE and be well.

Somewhere in all the entanglements I'm sure one would discover their sticky fingers. Though I wouldn't get too fixated on that NGO, after all, it is an NGO, and thus requires funding and is itself a creation of the global banking cabal (kabbal?) , certain corporatists and certain bureaucrats. That being the case, I'll present you with two questions to which each question has only one correct answer respectively :
      1) What institution is the Central Bank of ALL central banks (with exception of a few) including the RBA, the U.S. FED, the BoE, the ECB, the BoJ, et al? I'll provide you with a hint : It's headquarters are in Basel, Switzerland and is a "State within a State," thus, it is sovereign unto itself and abides by no nation's law, creating it's own law. That's a strong hint, I'd have too say it's at least three hinks wrapped up in one.
      2) Within that institution is housed it's own legal arm. What is the name of that in-house legal arm?
Are you willing to take a shot?
Think BIG. Far, FAR, bigger than the W.E.F. By comparison, the W.E.F. is a mere speck on the map. Far too many people have become fixated (overly fixated, IMO, though I know I'm not alone in that opinion) on the W.E.F. simply because they've become more prevalent in the public eye. Peel back the layers of the onion. Look to what is most hidden.
Remember, we're talking about ASIC and ASIC does in fact have direct ties to the RBA, same as the SEC has direct ties to the U.S. FED here in the U.S.
I'll let you stew on that a bit.
      PEACE and be well.
