Renault Master mk2 crankshaft pulley change.

how to change a crankshaft pulley/ harmonic balancer, symptoms of why it needs changing are too much engine vibration, throwing the auxiliary belt off and engine knocking at a certain steady revs.

my enginewas rebult befor i had van. since got a vibration when rev or drive it. any ideas

If engine is vibrating when you rev or drive it, I would check for an injector not performing right.

How did you remove the bolt that secures it?

Socket with long extension bar resting on the ground under bumper then quickly turn key to turn engine over for a second or two and the nut will undo easily.👍🏻
