- Single part walkthrough for the UK English dub of Spy Fox: Operation Ozone. Due to a glitch, the final Poodles Galore scheming cutscene didn't play in full. I didn't discover until last night that it can be fixed by hitting the period key to skip the narrator's dialogue, so I will upload the cutscene in full at a later date.
No, I don't know why the cookies are still cookies in this while they're biscuits in Pajama Sam 3's UK dub.
I lol'd at Pia Zadonut's line about "Planet Jackson" being in peril.
It's weird that they translated a game from English to English
Kelly Seastar I’ve noticed they do the same for a lot of animated shows. Probably because there is references or phrases or slang that might not be understood by people in the UK?
Nah; American to UK!
All so that the lady in the cactus disguise could say "it must be 40 degrees in this cactus disguise!" instead of "100 degrees".
8:07 "Hey, what've you got against the melons?"
Thanks for sharing this. I was always curious about what the UK voices would sound like in this one.
All the James Bond movie References XD! 12:35 A View to a Dill is written in the same font as the 007 movie "A View to a Kill." and all the others. Like For Your Pies Only ( For Your Eyes Only) , From Poodles with Love (From Russia with Love) , Live and Let Fry (Live and Let Die), Moonbaker (Moonraker), The Man with the Golden Bun ( The Man with the Golden Gun) So... Many Bond references.
Yep I know. :)
Also, a couple of the original voices from Seattle snuck their way through at least four times.
Which ones.
@@kevinmccallister1992 It's been a while, but I'll have another look.
@@kevinmccallister1992 One of them is when Spy Fox says "Congeal, pill!"
I keep thinking these UK dubs are Aussie dubs.
Looks like there's an error during the third "villain" scene. Was this error only in the UK, or was that just a one-time glitch?
From what I've gathered, it's an error that exists only in the UK release. Basically for whatever reason it sticks to that screen and starts playing random voice clips. I discovered long after recording that I could get the cutscene to continue like normal by pressing the period key to skip dialogue, but at the time I thought the only way was to skip the scene entirely by hitting esc.
I see. Shall we see the clip in question then?
Do you have Some Assembly Required too?
Yes i do
