I grew up in Coffs harbour riding all those tracks and the ones you mentioned at the end have changed CONSIDERABLY in the last few years! You did bloody well getting that far up army with the adventure setup! morbid would of been interesting... Id love to find a crew of people around here looking to up there skills riding some harder type tracks fully loaded as such. most blokes i know round here ride those tracks of 300cc two strokes.
Yeah it had been nearly 10 years since I’d seen them tracks last and your right they’ve definitely changed a lot. It’s certainly harder doing that riding with the bike loaded but I just can’t help but have a little go when I seen stuff like that haha. Thanks for watching man appreciate it👍
@@anotherguyonabike4726 Yeah no worries I really enjoy your channel and I ride a 2019 drz. Im just watching the part where you are talking to your mate who had radiator issues and youre in my old neck of the woods. I'm originally from Grafton but live in Adelaide now. Tomorrow's ride is just a day ride along the SA and Vic border track between Renmark and Ngarket national park then back again. My 3rd time so im keen as.. Cheers mate keep the vids coming
Very nice video and edit mate 😎👍 old mate on the DR did a darn good job considering first ride and all 😁👌 looking foward to the next part 😁 keep well and ride safe-ish Sir 😉🍺
Well done Curt! I mean that on the adventure, and the edit 😎👍 There's some work in piecing all the parts together, and you linked them up so smoothly- skills mate, on the bike and behind the keyboard 😎 Oh, and thanks for showing me the trails to avoid!🤣
Another fantastic adventure! Really appreciate you thinking about and taking care of the new rider in the group - well done. Also, those shots at the beginning when the sun was low on the horizon were stunning 👍
Yeah we all have to start somewhere and have different ability so I try to remember that when I ride with others. Yeah mate definitely on the to do again list🙌Thanks for watching👍
awesome as. might wanna think about UHF radios if you go with a couple of lads. jeez i wish i was still up there. you wanna get that CB125e rocket ship on some of those trails :)
Yeah good idea mate, iv got a gme maybe I’ll get the boys to grab one as well👌I actually had someone on UA-cam buy it from me so no more cb unfortunately however iv still got the postie maybe I should do a postie bike adventure build🤔thanks for watching Greg👍
Myself an a mate were out that way from Brisbane last weekend. Looks like you guys were at an awesome camp spot on your first night. Do you mind sharing the location with me? Also - whch tracks did you on to get there - it looked awesome.
Hey Alan the camp ground is called Mann river campground also known as Cangai campground there are several spread apart in a 500m or so area. They’re all very similar and right on the water for the most part. You can enter via the South Grafton side heading out along the Gwydir hwy, the Glen Innes side down through the Gibraltar Range and the way we went in this video which was from Tabulam through to Upper Fine Flower then turning onto Carnham rd which is where this video started from. Really fun ride roads beautiful through Carnham👌 down below is the site hope this helps mate. maps.app.goo.gl/RnCJrko9MmFbKu6a8?g_st=ic
@anotherguyonabike4726 Awesome mate Thanks so much for the quick response. Your videos are awesome and inspirational. I'll be a little less adventurous than you are since I have a big 1200 Tiger Rally Explorer. I am impressed at just how well it handles offroad, though. I'm also brand new to offroad, so I tend to be very cautious still. It's a big bike to have to pick up if I drop it.
@@ADV-Rider-Dude no worries at all Alan good to hear your getting out and about mate. I’m sure you’ll be throwing the big Tiger around a bit more each ride👍
Thanks mate. The campground is called Mann River free camping and it’s alongside the Mann River most locals just call it Cangai campground however if you put that into maps it’ll take you to a different one 4-500 meters down the road. It’s just off hanging rock rd. The whole areas is👌
Kudos for taking care of newbies/less capable of us.
Things get real, real quick. And can make an unpleasant experience..

@anotherguyonabike4726 I just saw how close we were to that camp ground. We went along Old Grafton Road from Glen Innes to Grafton. Awesome road
