I have lost 6 kg in the last 2 months being in a calorie deficit and also going to the gym for the last 5 months consistently (Although going since 2019 but was inconsistent). My parents were and still not happy at this about me for eating less than usual. I always explain them, calorie deficit will make me look better and fit and then they reply "Achha, toh itne log hain yahan pr, unka wajan kyun nahi badhta. Woh toh har roz carbs ( Dal, Chawal, roti) lete hai".
And then I get silent as I have no answer to them.

bhai i am actually 6'2 nd 58 kg ..yes i am underweight but i do boxing which require immense cardio and i am not seeing a way to atleast increase my weight upto 65-67 kg's ..no problem of weight category i can shift into lightweight from featherweight ..but this cardio thing never let me gain weight plus i can eat so much but it never make me gain weight ..please make a video on how to increase weight ..because i generally do exercises which requires muscle training but it dosen't make sense at 28 kg ..i can knockout a 70 kg person but i just look very sukhdi tbh ..age is 18

Genetics : for example a person having a good height like 6foot , his kids can have good height but , they should eat adequate food for growth , because if they don't eat adequate food body will not give attention to growth as it is a secondary thing , and first priority is to survival . Next thing is sleep, sleep is very important as at this time body grows (adequate sleep of 8hrs)
Also exercise like hanging on bar may help like 1% . I hope you had get your answer.😁
