    Edit : Meditation really helps.... I started with 5 minutes and now after more than a month i am doing it daily for 20 min.... And it is *beautiful* .... Strongly recommended.

    I totally agree with what u said about duration of content being consumed. Previously we used to read from books and re evaluate as per our needs...then things shifted to digital platform which wasn't bad until short format content which directly gives you an ideology to follow and not to think on your own which causes trouble. Everyone is from different society and culture what might be normal for us can be extremely opposite for others.

      BRO, i used to be in the same state as you for like YEARS, visiting dermatologists and using countless skincare- From all that years of suffering, I'm ahead of now and know what to do and I have clear skin now.
      Do this:-
      1. Drink water, and I meant A LOT of water. Trust me, water CAN and WILL solve your problems.
      2. If you have oily skin like me, just wash your face with soap many times daily.
      3. Exercise daily. Pushups, running etc
      Remember, it doesn't matter if you do this once, twice or for thrice. You HAVE to maintain months and weeks of consistency.
      And- It doesn't matter what soap you use, just rub gently and slowly for a nice 2-3 minutes. I use moti soap and it gets the job done.
      Aim for washing your face at least 2 times daily at night and day. I wash my face with water daily 5x for prayer, and 3x with soap (after waking up, after coming from school and before sleeping.
      The reason I put exercise is because it forces you to wash your body more and maintain better hygiene health. Also, more testosterone is never bad.

    Ye kiya aur honestly itne acche result mile hai kya batau aur has agar ye workout karo to 7 din tak muth bhi mat marna after 7 days i feel that meri strength me improvement hui hai like me pahele se zyada push ups squats situps kar paa rha tha diet me mai vo hi normal ghar ka khana khaya aur junk food avoid kardiya aur roj 2 kele raat ko sone se pahele doodh literally bhot accha raha yeh abhi aaj se 7 din tak meditation karta hu agar kuch results mile to me ye comment ko edit kardunga ok❤❤love your videos and i started mewing also jisme mujhe 1 month ho gaya hai aur thik thaak results dikh gaye hai aur ye ek tips hai chewing gum use karo usse boost milta hai jaw ko❤❤❤

    Bhaiya right now i am 18 going to turn 19 in few days , bhai main workout kar raha hu jab se main 10-12 saal ka tha ,main bahut workout karta tha infact 13 ki age mein toh 120 pushups maar leta tha in one go par uske baad maine consistency break kar di ,kabhi karta tha kabhi nahi karta tha par Haan Puri trah nahi shoda ,aaj bhi meri physique achi hai aur main aaj bhi 100 pushups kr leta hu . Bs ek regret hai agar regular rehta na tabse toh aaj maine international level par hona tha . Par mere paas abhi bhi ek saal bacha hai teenage ka ,main apna best dunga . Thanks bhaiya☺️
