Can you do a segment on "leading a captivating life"? For example, I'm a down-to-Earth guy. I don't like clubs or "conspicuous consumption", I appreciate having a nice home and being out in nature with my dog. Is there a way a "simple" guy can be captivating?
Simplest answer would be: If you're not interested in much, you won't be interesting. So, if you aren't interested in much, it might be about time you did a deep dive on yourself to find out why... if you're the least bit interested.

You should have no problem. Plenty of women I know find a man captivating because he leads a simpler life. Doing what you love without making compromises is the best filter you can have. My problems have always come when I compromised on doing what I love to fit in.

The sailboat Idea is a good one but get proper training, go out and live on one for a year or so first to get the first hand knowledge with an experienced crew teaching you because when shit goes tits up out on the ocean it goes bad fast and can be deadly if you're on a smaller boat.

From what I heard, it sounded like at every topic Jenna continuously moved the goal post and so where there was an ounce of good discussion it became muddied and the discussion had to be reviewed and redefined etc. I was getting frustrated myself and wasn’t even in the conversation. I hate to say it but even Jenna’s cute laughter started getting annoying because of the frustrating discussion. It sounded like both side were attacking each other but Jenna’s came with a sweeter voice behind it. The only way this discussion would work is if there was a moderator to keep the goal post fixed.

Nah Moff you handled yourself poorly. You kept interrupting and tried insulting her too, and while we can disagree on what she says, the lack of respect for the conversation in general was a shame. She remained respectful even though she disagreed. Notice every time Rich asked her a question he listened well, spoke calmly and made clear concise points. This is the kind if behaviour we have to start emulating if we're going to be leaders of our homes and people.

I'm in the top 20 percent of men and I only approach 8, 9s, and 10s if I have a little background on them. Funny that you said that having too much muscle when youre older istnt healthy. I've noticed that too. Im naturally a very skinny guy, but I can build a decent amount of muscle because of muscle memory pretty easy. Ive built myself up a few times, but then stop lifting and get skinny again, because I always feel like shit with muscle on me. I get headaches, feel tired and even my dick doesnt work sometimes. I feel so much better when Im skinny! But the problem is I look much better with muscle, beacause Im bold too and the bold head just looks funny on a skinny guy.
You don't need to be perfect. If you're bald just completely shave your head. Don't suffer just to please some woman. I'm the same way but I still get noticed. Self acceptance is the key to attraction.

Don't starv yourself but don't eat only junk. Read the book The barbell prescription, strength training for life after 40. I am 45 yo. Chris - Try sales, try it early, and it's ok to fail. If you're one of the 5% or so that can excel, you'll have endless opportunity ahead. I know software sales guys making several $M/yr with little tech knowledge, they can just sell (Anything). Every man should try it. I was a stock broker out of school in early '90's, figured out I hated calling people who didn't want to talk to me. It sucked. I had just learned sales was not for me at 21yo, and I learned it cheap, since I didn't change careers to try it. I moved to Institutional trading, then tech (long story). That sales-suk is a good lesson, you DO learn some skills that serve in any career. I got my broker buddy his 1st sales job on the phone at a tech company in late 90's. Inside sales - bird dogging for the field guys living the dream. He turned into an absolute assassin. moving up, landing deals 20 years later in the SEVERAL $100 MILLIONS. If you don't give it a legitimate try, you'll never know. Then we kept job hopping and referring each other up the ladder - networking is not just the easy way, it's the only way. Now I'm corporate-retired, looking in EU for multiple passports. Managing businesses, trading, crypto, RE investment. And I had face, but not yours!

I went ahead and listened to the Stereo discussion. From what I heard, it sounded like at every topic Jenna continuously moved the goal post and so where there was an ounce of good discussion it became muddied and the discussion had to be reviewed and redefined etc. I was getting frustrated myself and wasn’t even in the conversation. I hate to say it but even Jenna’s cute laughter started getting annoying because of the frustrating discussion.
It sounded like both side were attacking each other but Jenna’s came with a sweeter voice behind it. The only way this discussion would work is if there was a moderator to keep the goal post fixed.

I'm in the top 20 percent of men and I only approach 8, 9s, and 10s if I have a little background on them. I’m moving to Texas in a month and a half, done deal, and I’m aware that it won’t be a panacea. But it’s a step in the right direction from where I am. I spent most of my life plugged into the Matrix-and even when I was, I knew shit was off. Now that I’m unplugged and moving in my chosen direction, I’ve got a lot more latitude than I ever thought possible. I’ve started building muscles, money and choices that are fully optimized toward putting a me-sized dent in the universe. Archer has a huge head-start on me and I wish him all the best! In the end he’s most likely going to be orders of magnitude ahead of me in a decade. Power up, level up and cowboy up, dude! You’re gonna rock this shit!

Funny that you said that having too much muscle when youre older istnt healthy. I've noticed that too. Im naturally a very skinny guy, but I can build a decent amount of muscle because of muscle memory pretty easy. Ive built myself up a few times, but then stop lifting and get skinny again, because I always feel like shit with muscle on me. I get headaches, feel tired and even my dick doesnt work sometimes. I feel so much better when Im skinny! But the problem is I look much better with muscle, beacause Im bold too and the bold head just looks funny on a skinny guy.
You don't need to be perfect. If you're bald just completely shave your head. Don't suffer just to please some woman. I'm the same way but I still get noticed. Self acceptance is the key to attraction.

I think that you should not focus to much om getting lean when you get older. Actually the opposite. What is the issue for most old people? They are weak. They have to little muscle tissue and they become osteopenic (not sure thats a word actually but yoy get the point). Lift heavy (for your point if view) don't do a bunch of volume. Chris - Try sales, try it early, and it's ok to fail. If you're one of the 5% or so that can excel, you'll have endless opportunity ahead. I know software sales guys making several $M/yr with little tech knowledge, they can just sell (Anything). Every man should try it. I was a stock broker out of school in early '90's, figured out I hated calling people who didn't want to talk to me. It sucked. I had just learned sales was not for me at 21yo, and I learned it cheap, since I didn't change careers to try it. I moved to Institutional trading, then tech (long story). That sales-suk is a good lesson, you DO learn some skills that serve in any career.
I got my broker buddy his 1st sales job on the phone at a tech company in late 90's. Inside sales - bird dogging for the field guys living the dream. He turned into an absolute assassin. moving up, landing deals 20 years later in the SEVERAL $100 MILLIONS. If you don't give it a legitimate try, you'll never know. Then we kept job hopping and referring each other up the ladder - networking is not just the easy way, it's the only way. Now I'm corporate-retired, looking in EU for multiple passports. Managing businesses, trading, crypto, RE investment. And I had face, but not yours!
