Today i found KH mods in db sparking zero. So far we have kh2 sora (future trunks sword) and his transformation is limit form and final xemnas (perfect cell). It really fits for sora, he even said the voicelines like "back off,this is it,you done,its over"
@@OBLIXIATE no they said people modding custom battles. You can mod in characters for custom battles that are in the game but unplayable (like chi chi or gohan black) and when a you upload those to custom battles it can cause issues. those are the mods they are banning not client side visual mods
@@DrunkenPumpkin626 I also seen that if you play online matches with those mods that change the appearance can get you banned. Cause your online opponents won’t have the mods and it’ll mess up the opponents game
@LeavanDragon pretty much this. Modder mainly are going off of an already established foundation from the devs, but it would be cool to actually have some in big roles so long as there are those who are mentally level headed enough

vanilla-style mods are underappreciated in my opinion, so these are very good to highlight. my personal favorite pick would have to be Animation Enhancement Overhaul. it adds some nice QoL to the combat experience while improving the base gameplay in a way that isn't flashy or akin to any typical character overhaul mod.
I also add in Light vs Darkness, and Re Animation. You've done showcases on both before, so obviously you know them. Using those with the other ones on this list add to combat so much. That said, Critical Mode+ on LvD is absolutely kicking my ass and I'm only in Twilight Town.

Excellent video, I am getting a pc soon I've never played this game on my own device, and this video helps with what mods to use, also if you should make another video, there is a mod that no one covers. I'll get the name of the creator but the mod is called animation overhaul, it's like a balance patch for the keyblade forms, its so good and it's not over the top
I think although in concept having all enemies health showing sounds good by it's is to visually annoying when you have a lot of enemies of screen because the screen just gets filled with green bars and you can barely tell which bar is for what enemy.
I was thinking, With Namine being back could she be the key to connecting with sora or bringing him back again? Since she has a body again, plus her direct connection with sora it could be possible?
There’s a similar mod to ReStyle for Birth by Sleep, called “BBS - Better Battle System,” and I really wish I could use it, but it’s apparently incompatible with the Steam version. Could someone please fix that?
The mod i want to prefer with the custom kh3 hud mod is the extended version made by another person which gives sora the illustrated version of huds in different worlds
There's a good number of things I love about KH3, but as a whole it clashes so much with the whole franchise, and many things seem outright nonsensical. So I'm using mods to bring it more in line with KH2, both aesthetically and gameplay-wise.

You get to play as Young Xehanort and wield weapons/movesets from all the members of the Real Organization XIII as well as keyblades from Xehanort's past such as the DR training keyblade and the Master's Defender, and you also get to wield Sephiroth's sword and use his movesets! You got to take a look!
I really dislike the rocks and mountains in the Pirates of the Caribbean world. Because Nanite landscapes didn’t exist in UE4 back in 2019 when the game came out. Also the textures look kinda bad quality wise. It really looks bad in my opinion. Is there a mod for that, that makes it look better? Does anyone know?

It can. However, due to the fact that the game is based on floatiness, you absolutely obliterate level design. Certain parts of the game become super hard because you're not floaty enough. Like toy story for instance.
Wasn’t the whole point of link is the characters aren’t actually there or some shit that’s why it was called link and that you weren’t actually summoning them there? That name change seemed pointless tbh
I'm sorry but most of these mods look like they'd actually harm the experience more than help haha. The wall glows exist for a reason- without them, it's kinda hard to tell what you can climb or not. I can get having it off for screenshots or videos but removing them doesn't improve gameplay. The UI changes and minimap additions look cluttered and unnecessary. The combat screenshake looks like it'd give me a headache after 2 minutes. Even the "subtle" settings you suggest look extremely jarring. The slowdown seems to just... slow down gameplay. Changing names in menus is... weird? Some names were changed because they were confusing. (Second chance and once more mean the same thing so new players struggle to understand what makes them different- Meanwhile 'Withstand combo" is self explanatory.) Meanwhile stuff like focus is no longer called drive because... it's not a drive meter? And that animation cancelling combat mod seems... weird? Endlag exists so that form changes and combo modifiers have different properties for the player to balance. Being able to mash through animations is just weird to do. Not to mention, animation cancelling can be cool if it requires the player do some tech to earn it, mixing new things into their combo, but this is just button mashing. It's "Impatience the mod." You even mention that it makes slower weapons more useful, but... isn't the whole point that they're meant to be slow for a reason? It just screws up the balancing. The "Color correction" mod makes every character look deep fried. The characters don't look washed out in the base game, it's just that the art style incorporates more lighting than the previous games, so colors and tones vary to fit the environments. Saturating the characters is really clashy and makes characters look like they're constantly standing in a running microwave. The movement mod is probably a good change, and Remind abilities in the base game sounds really nice. (Especially since iirc critical mode or new game plus gives you them in the base game or something by default? So it's not like the base game isn't already designed with this in mind.) The portrait HUD is another good mod. But you focus on a lot of really odd, jarring, and intrusive mods than these really useful, much simpler mods, which kinda over shadows them.
the enemy HP bars are so stupid and ugly. how could you recommend the no-glowing-walls mod to improve visual clarity only to recommend a mod that plasters unnecessary bright green bars all over the screen? completely idiotic
Guard fail fix. Enhanced Animations and improved movement (mostly for faster Keyblade Switch) are the only mods You'll ever need for an Enhanced KH3 almost all the mods listed in the video are pointless and don't effect the experience at all

Terrible All the "rebalancing" is just "make everything faster and buff your combos and party members, I thought people hated how KH3 was "too easy" why would you need extra accessories? Having 10 HP bars on screen looks terrible The color rework completely ignore how scene lighting affects the models and everyone feels out of place and oversaturated The map might be good for a new game+ feeling byt completely destroys the satisfaction of exploring big areas, sure hunting the last emblem in san fransokyo might suck but having EVERYTHING on display is a huge overcorrection Even the wall effect removal, seems like a good idea at first because we have played the game so much now, but who can honestly say that during their first playthrough they never forgot about it and felt stuck for a bit in arendalle or something until you saw the effect, but still I think this is the only one that doesn't feel like "little timmy made this mod"

If i were to ever develope a KH game i would make sure that most of my team consists of modders. Modders make what we want into a reality
You'd probably want a more balanced set of regular developers with a few skilled and focused modders. I'd probably get a team with a unifying vision
