Would absolutely love to see more of these types of paintings Kevin and by the way you are one of my favourite teachers, I love your voice, your humour and of course your sometimes unusual painting techniques, and last but by no means least inviting us to see your beautiful little family, you are quite a joy to watch, thank you so much for sharing.
For a quick work it turned out quite nice. You are a good teacher and a talented artist. A friend has a photo of a misty creek with lots of mossy rocks and fallen trees I know you could do it justice.
your videos are amazing!i have learnt a lot from them...very inspiring...i hadnt painted for 4 years and now i have taken it up again....thankyou..please do post more videos!😍😍

you're so good at what you do Kevin ! Yeah, more of these please. That's awesome to see how fast and precise you could be. I love it.
Love your videos Kevin! I've been body painting for so long i forgot how much i love canvas painting. You've inspired me to start up again. Thank you! Keep'em coming 😉
This was a very good lesson. It really demonstrated the flexibility and control of brushes as well as color values needed to get better results. Thank you and Happy New Year.
Hi..this is ganesh from kochi (INDIA) I am a fan of you, you,, are the most detailing artist i ever saw , i like this video because you didnt scip any moment. thanks, the recon i am poor so i cant buy your full video CD. THAKS ONCE AGAIN. MAY THE GOAD GIVE YOU A LONG LIFE.
Kevin, I really Enjoy your videos. I particularly like these type of videos, as I only infrequently get to paint myself, and use this method to make the most of my painting time. I would enjoy seeing more like this, and if you could how to effectively incorporate people or animals into a scene. Also if you could how to do a big river scene, like the Mississippi River with bridges over it or a city by it. I've been trying to do something like that with minimal success. Thanks for the videos!
I would like to see more of them. I can't afford you're dvd's and supplies at the moment, so I get my oil painting lessons from the UA-cam videos you post, and this 20 min video is pretty cool
I would love more of these. It is great to hear your thoughts while you paint. I'm curious, how much of the finished product do you have in mind when you approach the canvas? Do you ever paint plein air?
I loved this video, your videos inspired me to start painting .... Would love to see some rainbows , koi fish ponds and spring paintings. Would love it if you could make a digital download video too , I have most of them and would to have more ....
Hello Kevin , I have seen many videos of you painting , I really like your technique , I would like to see you paint other types of forests , other types of trees , you're very good painter , I learned some techniques with you , thank you , a kiss for you
More please :))) i'm gonna paint a moon shining on a wet ground to show that the color of the leaves on the ground are red and gold....but the leaves still clinging to the trees will be black in the darkness. That way only the moon's light gives any color ideas at all. :) the wetness will make it have a good reflection.
I do enjoy seeing you paint the whole painting without cuts. Although, this is very different from your normal style. It feels tense, hurried. Which makes sense, but I would like to see a balance in the styles
I didn't understand what you said about priming the canvas. You have gel medium and white on top? What does that mean? And what does putting clear at the bottom of the canvas mean?
I like this approach. Would make a great impromptu demo. It would be fun to quickly set up in a downtown park, paint then go to another place and paint. And don't forget to wear the famous blue t-shirt. Plan the work, work the plan and have fun!
Very very nice, I sure want to see more full tutorials of you :) btw a fast question, if I may? Would it be possible to do these kind of paintings in Acrylics?
+Medina Elsayed Hey, thanks so much for your support! Yes, you can do these paintings in acrylic. Some of the techniques will have to be changed a bit because of the difference in drying times. Here is a link to an acrylic painting I did. ua-cam.com/video/CHMSPIeFAJs/v-deo.html
Brilliant! I'm with the rest of your fans here, and would love to see more of these 20 min. videos! Have you ever considered coming up to Canada to paint our landscapes? We have some of best scenery in the world! If you do consider coming up to the Fraser Valley area, let us know, accommodations would be provided. My husband and I have a nice big wall for you to practise on too! :-)

Kevin, i'm in awe of your ability to transcribe what's in your head to canvas with paint. Someone who shares their skill for free is truly a genius!

I love the balance of colors coming together in your reflections. That was helpful. Nice brush strokes on the limbs too.
that riiple effect with the water completely changed the painting, amazing how those 4 or 5 simple strokes made the water look so realistic, 10/10
This was amazing!! We want more!
