I attracted a new life with daily meditation before sleep. Got my driver license on first try. Both test and drive test. I forgot the miserable past and started living in the present. I now got a good job that pays well. All in a short time of believing that I create the path in the universe. Just believe.

I use headphones to play this right B4 bed , I am careful not to fall asleep but if I do fall asleep is ok. In the morning I continue to hear it. I go about my day still hearing it. I'm on 48 hours of Only hearing this audio. Results started to show 8hours later. B4 I began to play this video I was depressed discouraged overwhelmed sad and low self-esteem. Now I feel so so so much better and positive. Give it a try. You can't stop until you are automatically thinking positive.

I have been practising the Mindfulness of Breathing technique ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxIIDVgnLN8pF_fPOyoZ1nTjbLvvZcib6r as taught in this CD for about 2 years having read about it in Paramananda's Change Your Mind book and taken a real liking to it. However at times I struggle to remain focused on the breathing and thought that at such times this guided version might suit me. So after two years I finally decided to buy it! The first 7'24 of Track 1 of the CD is a body relaxtion which I do not use: I don't like body relaxation techniques and I find 27' just a little too long for meditation. The remaining 20' of gentle, guided meditation helps me tremendously to relax and stay focused. I find him's voice very soothing and whilst he is present to guide you through the 4 stages of the meditation, his presence is not intrusive or distracting. For the past two years I have tried to follow this technique as best I can with gentle meditation music despite music not being recommended. Having used this CD a couple of times I think I will try from now on to adopt a new routine of no music and just this CD as I find it so helpful. I realise now that the music really is distracting and I have enjoyed listening to the ambient sounds around me which I am normally unaware of. I can not comment on the other 2 tracks of Metta or Walking Meditation as I bought the CD solely to help me with the Mindfulness of Breathing and it does just that - very effectively. In my opinion this CD is money very well spent as it will guide you through a thoroughly useful and beneficial meditation technique and I don't think you can put a price on that.

Before I listen this affirmations, I am so depressed that I think I can not even go outside, I spent most of my time at home sleeping or do nothing. I was so suffering. After listening two days, I felt much better, I think I deserve a better life. So I went to another city to meet my best friend. we went to the cars show and had diner. I am so appreciated to my friend for being with me. I hope I can get better and better after more listening. And may you guys have a good day.
Wow. I can relate to every word you wrote here. I have been so depressed, and even when I have my son with me (I only get to have him on some weekends) I STILL could not fully drag myself out of this terrible cloud of anxiety and sadness. And this made me more depressed because my son can feel that energy. I feel ready to give up sometimes.
So I decided to do some affirmations again, it has been SO long since I've done ANY self love/self care. I put this one on last night and today was like a dream! I felt this boost of energy, this overwhelming excitement for life again. It was shocking how good I felt! I pulled out a notebook I haven't used in a year, jotted down some daily goals. It was all just sort of happening! I can't really explain it, like I was this new person with this sudden zest for life! I went and signed up for MMA classes, and knocked out the goal list like a boss, it was so remarkable considering how utterly depressed I have been. So, yes, I'm right there with you, my friend! And I'm grateful for this video and I'm grateful to you as well for sharing this comment about your personal struggle. I really needed to hear that because I've never related to anything more, so thank you! 🙏
