- Started a trail called Milts Mile with @MattsOffRoadRecovery during the Trailhero event, we were also joined by @Rudysadventureanddesignreal and @YankumRopes. About halfway through the trail ride we were called out for a recovery on Sliplock Gulch. So we went and grabbed the wrecker and headed over there to assist. Ended up being able to reset the balljoints and make the vehicle driveable to get out for future repairs. Then we went over and checked out the Trail Breaker event, where drivers are challenged with completing a set course in an allotted amount of time. One driver broke the axleshaft at the portal. So we offered to carry him down to his trailer. I made it a couple hundred yards before getting stuck in the sand. So had to have Mike pull me up and out with his Blazer. Then we hauled him down the rest of the way to his camp. Thank you everyone for watching and supporting us.

@@UmmmmmmmWhat Bwahahaha!! Looks like about 90% of them up my way. 14” of Snow in the U.P. and up to 18” more!! We’ll be lucky here in S.E. Michigan to escape with just a dusting!! Most Squarebodys here have been reduced to rubble and recycled about a dozen years ago!! Bwahahaha!!

I really think someone ought to build a off-road food truck. Even just "Trail Tacos" out in random, not too hard to get to, spots would probably make a few bucks if you kept a schedule posted somewhere.

I'm beginning to wonder if Matt's gonna have to fight Jayme for the keys to the 'grocery getter' once his big tonka truck is done. She seems to be enjoying her time behind the wheel morr and morr.
Sean wants to go to the Corn-Dog show,; Mike is afraid that the Rock-Peckers will make a nest in the tire area, and Rory says” just out here saving famous people!” What a hilarious show! I like it also that Mike made a statement in filming, saying “ This is the Mike and Sean show with our special guest Rory Irish!” I wish I was a guy and could go with you...what fun!! When my father and brothers and all our neighbors, “back in the day,” we’re haying, or thrashing or silo filling....We had exactly this kind of fun! And I’ve never found it since until you all! Great video guys!! Hey Mike, rumor has it that the elusive rock pecker was once east of the Mississippi over in Tennessee. Some little dude also named Matt sprayed them with WD-40 and dispersed them. But, not before great damage to a solid rock mountain was caused. Only boulders and smaller than a tank rocks are there now. Locals call it wind rock because the wind moves the little rocks around!! Believe it or not?
It doesn’t matter how many times I watch those buggies out on trail breaker it’s still mind blowing. Of course you all were out there recovering the carnage during the event!👍🏻

Cool video with all the good stuff. The big equalizer in recovery is the sand. That was some awesome crawling. "We're just out here saving famous people" got a chuckle. It amazes me that some of those jeeps aren't changing torque converters or trans parts every month or so. Good times.

Among the many things I admire is that while most of the other vehicles are built especially for wheelin', the Morrvair was built for rescuing, but is an amazing crawler. But phenomenal skills from everyone, and Jaymie is getting better and better! And Mike is just there, off camera, encouraging everybody, affirming their decisions and their skills, he's a national treasure.

The recoveries are always awesome the way things are thought out (or not but the job gets done). Being almost every recovery job is never the same is what makes the job so rewarding when it’s done.
