Please suggest some yoga exercises for patients who are surviving with spondylitis.. bcz the exercises that you have shown are very difficult to be done without any help.

Setu bandhasan is a big NO if one have cervical spondylosis... In cat n cow also... One should not touch the chin to the chest. Wrong informations... DON'T FOLLOW SUCH PEOPLE.
i dont think yoga will help in disc bulge .. only medicine and maybe operation . since when do you have disc bulge ? is it because of prolonged use of laptop / work from home ?

Many wrong exercises!!! Please do not do if you have cervical disc herniations!! Never throw your head backward!!! It will cause more disc slippage.... Forward chin tucks are fine .... please be very careful..
People suffering with Neck pain cannot wear collar shirts, due to neck pain, or winter collar jackets, it gets so difficult, specially during winters. Where can we buy without collar winter jackets?
These positions are very dangerous and not helpful for spondylolisthesis. You should change the title before you get someone hurt, it’s not a condition to fool around with, you’ll get someone paralyzed with this video. Don’t do yoga with spondylolisthesis, seek out physical therapists, build strength, don’t arch your back or put weight on your cervical spine, your spine is already not intact it can not take the pressure. Dead bugs changed my life, I suggest anyone reading this with spondylolisthesis, try dead bugs and side planks, build strength slowly and carefully.

Exactly you are right in cervical pain one need not to bend their neck forward .
This is more for flexibility overall, not for people with neck problems of all sort!! so just for prevention not for releasing neck issues

No you can go with backward bending. But you can't go forward.
