I think the character is so intruguing because 1) everything about him is a mystery, which makes the audience want to learn more and 2) he's got a do what needs to be done, no matter what, badbod attitude. I personally LOVED it when he got rid of the sleazy PI. Also the fact he is played by Seth Cohen does not hurt!
I only looked at this because I have been watching 10th Kingdom and needed a Scott Cohen fix...yay!!!
