You can see the pride in what these guys do every time you make a video at premier RV Andrew you have single-handedly change the quality of RV videos on UA-cam it is so cool that you take us to these places that we would otherwise probably never see if I ever buy another motorhome I will be taking a trip to premier RV it was so awesome to hear the guys that built these motorhomes when you ask them a question they don’t think twice about the answer thanks again for the Videos

Andrew, as a proud owner of a Country Coach Lexa, I want to thank you for creating content that’s reminding people just how special these coaches are. Once again, you have a gift of interviewing people. Some people like to hear themselves talk a lot, but instead the focal point is properly put on those who are part of the Country Coach family and legacy. Well done Andrew!

Listening to these gentlemen talk about CC really shows they are vested in what they do. When you have the owners who worked for the company for so long and now continue to support that coach it speaks volumes. I found Premier rv from watching your you tube videos about them and for that I am thankful. I have learned so much about CC and Premier Rv. I see that they bring in quality and service with respect to the customer, as Mr. Bob Lee would want. I have spoken to Louie about some of their coaches and he is very straight forward and a No BS kinda guy. exactly what I would expect. Thank you Andrew Steele for the video and bringing this information to us.

Mt wife and I are the luckiest people there is. I hope I’m not repeating myself but, we looked for a Country Coach for an amazingly short time! Out of the blue came a Beautiful 2000 CC Affinity with 65k miles on the chassis, and 65 hundred miles on the Cat 455 which has been totally rebuilt by Cat! She in such a terrific condition it is hard to believe. We are retired and currently are living in this Magnificent Find. Love you channel and I always learn something!

What made Country Coach different from their competitors (and more like Prevost) is that the founder, Bob Lee, understood and was faithful to the bus (coach) building tradition inherent to the Prevost, for one (which is why so many CC's had Detroit 60s, I'm sure). Bob Lee was intent upon delivering a great bus, first. His background in conversion made him understand the dual conversation going on between the underlying transportation unit and the conversion (which like Prevost came in many hues). There's a correlation between Prevost and Country Coach in many important respects. You could really see that in the special 2016 model they are selling which had the kitchen up front and living-room in the middle and is a driver's coach in every respect.

Man steel, that was one of the best vids I've seen you make. Those guys love their product. Makes me reconsider what I got, but I have it and I love it. It's built just about the same as the CCs. I knew a WL owner who put his coach on it's side when it got cut off by a dump truck. They got it up on it's wheels and he drove it to a shop a state away for repair. I will say (and I know you know what I own) they did do the mechanics on another level. My Cummins ISM runs at 500HP. If things had been different I would have gone after that coach of the former owner you showed a few months back for real. That was about the same money I put into mine when all was said and done. Stay safe.

Older vs Newer anytime when it comes to coaches. The old saying "they don't build em like these use to" definitely applies here.

Andrew…I was looking at a Used 2013 or newer Newell or a New Renegade custom Classic 45ft… BUT actually now I’m very much considering a used “Upgraded” Country Coach. The structure and quality remind me of a Newell at 20% of the cost!! Would love to see a video from Premier RV comparing the top of the line Country Coach with a Newell…that would be an Awesome video!!

Andrew, my wife and I are hooked on your channel. We are very close to pulling the trigger on a coach and go full time. Watching your channel we are narrowing down to a used Prevost or used Country Coach. Here is our question to you, if given the same amount to pay for either, which would you purchase a newer CC or an older Prevost? We are holding our budget to under $200,000k.

It all depends on who you plan on using the coach, 20000 miles a year and under, Country. 20000 miles a year and more Prevost

Why aren't they still in bissineses building them don't make no sense if they were so popular I don't get that part of it if they were so well built and beautiful inside and ride so good and all they say was it management that was bad what done them into a bankruptcy what's the reason I wonder and if I had the money would it be wise to restart it

      Bill Daniels
They sold to another company who ran the company into the ground and wasn’t able to survive to recession of 08. When they went into bankruptcy my grandfather, Ron Lee bought the IP and some of the equipment to continue servicing and building parts for the coaches. He build his 2016 coach to show investors what they could do. He ended up selling to Winnebago with the agreement that they would eventually begin building CC’s to CC’s specs and not rebranded Winnebago’s. Shortly after he passed Winnebago decided not to continue in Junction City.

@@naquoashuey2794 I grew up with a family of WWII brothers whose families camped out together every year once or twice and each of the brothers had a VW Camper (this was 1960s-70s), and one of the bros eventually got a special conversion known as the Vanagon, which I believe came out of Oregon, too. So I have this appreciation for what these camper vans enabled as a means of keeping families together, especially bros who shared a war together, sharing new bonds with all their children etc. I have so much respect for people like Mr Lee and his commitment to building a great company and his entrepreneurial spirit, no doubt.

Lots a great companies folded in 08. Monaco, Wanderlodge, Country Coach, etc. You can blame management but sometimes economic conditions prevail. Country Coach was sold to Winnebago. Bluebird sold off Wanderlodge. Monaco to Navistar. It happens. It still does not reflect poorly on the quality of those units. I will put my Wanderlodge up against anything ever built. Ever.
