I may be a little late with this question having discovered your excellent videos only recently. Question, how do you stop the hard lines from forming or do you just accept that as part of watercolor. My paper may be the problem.
The more water I use the harder the lines seem to be. Less water
Thank you for the advice. Since posting this question, I've discovered the magic of a small container for water to help control absorption on the brush. A repurposed salt cellar for water works great. @@carlabakelaar8912
