Make folding footpegs that extend further out front. When not riding you could have them fold over the top and lock in to function as a carry handle. Im sure part of why its so hard to ride is you are fighting your feet to turn the wheels.
Definitely, when you lean on a bike, you shift your weight to the other side to balance yourself, so when you lean on this you push your weight down on the opposite foot peg and so the front wheel turns out of the lean which makes the bike fall over immediately. So yeah, I like your idea of folding pegs, and maybe make the front fork less chopper-angle and bend the forks out forward a little so the wheel wants to stay straight when in motion.

When you have that much head angle the wheel tips a lot when you turn, and having the pegs on the front axel makes it even worse, ie, your foot slides off
It would be more stable if you altered the front axle to be in front of the 'forks' by a few centimeters. This would give it a caster effect and would help to use the rider's weight to help stabilize the bike. If you want a good example of what I'm talking about, have a look at the 'real' motorcycle, or a bicycle front fork arrangement.
I like that Peter explores the low end of design and build effort for silly things like the ammo box scooter. How else would we know how bad is too bad? Props to Sam for his low-effort hack. Excellent SFX on the intro.
This is so cool. I've been kicking around a few ideas like this as well. I remember when Honda came out with their Motocompo back in the early 80's and I thought that was so cool. Now, with all the ebike motors and batteries, building something very small and compact to throw in a vehicle for emergency transportation, that could be charged while the vehicle is running, and have a 20 mile range, is very doable. I hope you do more videos on this project. Keep up the great work.
How about a half-submersible lawn chair boat? Tune the buoyancy so the hull sits below water, and you and the lawn chair are mostly above. Maybe add a small single-leg table on the side to hold your drink.

Peter - you’re an amazing person and I’m in awe. I don’t usually have any ideas to add but in this case, my 30+ years riding and teaching and becoming fascinated with 2-wheel geometry might have come up with something to make it more easily controllable. Add a bit of trail to the front wheel either by adding a small bend at head tube and fork or (my vote) moving the front wheel’s axle mounts forward some fractions of an inch. The trail will make the bike want to “track out” the front tire and induce countersteering more readily. Edit: You guys have lots of rake and no trail. You all have amazed me again by riding that box so well! Wow! Not kidding. Look up papers regarding relationships between rake and trail. Hope you’re having fun with Gyro flying! 👍🏼
The most American thing would be to actually go into production and then get Ukraine to buy about 10K units... But I guess he's gotta start somewhere! 😏

I just came home on my Ebike and since I am in riottown, USA I figure I will give you this hint: Always ride with your bike chain around your neck and lock the chain on the end. This way you are prepared for the trouble that may find you. Your videos ALWAYS put a smile on my face and a laugh in my belly.
I’d love to see you make an electric bike/scooter/transport that’s completely stealth and you can’t tell it’s electrified from observation. Love your videos!
If it comes to making ppl smile and laugh I think this might be your best project so far. And you can let folks try it, unlike with aeroplanes and RC helicopters. A winner!!!
Make a flame thrower that goes up to 25 feet all you need is a fire extinguisher and a bike valve gas torch or metal bar or just watch videos. I would like if you could do this thank you
The best improvement I can see is making the foot holds have some nice telescopic extensions! Then you can extend your legs a little and more easily hold the handle bar. It wouldn't even change the size at all. You're great, love the build.
This was fun to watch really love this stuff. Just an idea extend the frame out to where your legs can stretch out fully and make some really long handle bars that come back to the seat. Might look goofy and have no idea how well the steering would work but would be fun to see.
Long, like the choppers... I had the same thought when I saw the rake on the front forks. He could've extended the frame full length and sit behind the box instead of on top. Might be a little hard to get in & out of, but they're young and small... they'll figure it out 😆
One of these days peter is gonna get contracted by the military, and when he does they're gonna ask him to create thousands, if not million of these bikes
God I want a cinematic where it's a few close-ups and then zooms out perfectly timed with the A-team theme. Please Peter, it's all I ask. You'll have to buy a prop gun, and a combat helmet though. Just wear a bright T-shirt, khaki shorts, and military green crocs with those and it will be perfect. PLEASE
Imagine running out of ammo and seeing peter driving towards you on this

Fun and goofy project, I like it. The first thing that came to my mind was the MSE-6 droids from star wars!
Ah the mouse droids
The mouse droid correct
Love those little mouse droids.
His propeller snow bike reminds me of speeder bikes for some reason. Maybe its because the front end lacks a wheel?
Really nice project! This reminds me of the Welbike (A small small motorbike that was dropped to battleground on parachutes during WWII).
I was going to mention either the Welbike or the Cushman Airborne scooter that was used to move the 75mm pack howitzer around
Man that thing is so dumb I desire it carnally
"Harder to ride than the Onewheel" Yeah, but you can replace the battery yourself.

that is amazing and i want one now. though id add two more ammo boxes, one on each side, so that it actually has useful storage space
