no I didn’t. I sent the Seek reveal back & Replaced it with the Seek Shotpro. The refresh rate is not as fast as the Reveal was but for superior when it comes to documenting jobs. It doesn’t have the issues the Seek Reveal did. So I guess in one since yes I got around the glitch by completely replacing it with a different model Seek thermal camera. I would recommend the Seek Shot Pro over the Reveal. I’ve been using the shop pro for years now and its definitely more reliable.
Did you ever get around this glitch? My pc won't even recognise this as a device.

This is the 30hrz or the 9?
The spec’s say >15Hz.
