The law says all non-immigrant visa applicants are presumed to be an intending immigrant unless they can prove to the consular officer that they have stronger ties to their home country than to the United States. If you have a U.S. citizen child, you have establish a strong ties to the United States. By law, you do not qualify for visitor visa. You must wait and apply for an immigrant visa either through your qualifying U.S. citizen child when he is 21 or other employment based green card.
The reason for her denial is that... She violated the purpose of which the VISA was issued. .. attaching a letter informing them that you want to have a baby is irrelevant.
