Listening again ❤️ I have really bad insomnia from overthinking and being anxious. Medication has helped my chronic pain, but a month later I might have to get a surgery. It's my first one, and I feel scared. I know, I'm not scared of needles or getting hurt. But for some reason, this is the biggest decision I might ever do in my whole entire life time. This helps the pain and put my mind at ease. I love this music, it has never failed to put me to sleep. Thank you again for posting these. I feel safe
