R56 CTS Turbo air intake install

Installing the ‪@CTSTurbo‬ air intake on the turbo Mini Cooper S. Using my ‪@harborfreight‬ tools of course. Their air intake works for both the N14 and N18 engines, R55 R56 and R57. The wrinkle black looks really clean and I can’t wait to pair it with all the other CTS Turbo products. I’m looking forward to seeing how they all decrease air temps, 0-60 and 1/4 mile times. Especially when they’re paired with a tune. Link to the part posted below.

Also if anyone is wondering what to do if you have a catch can the outlet hose or the one at the front of the catch can plugs into the elbow tube while the other inlet catch an hose plugs into the rocker cover

I’m not sure why but CTS Turbo doesn’t make one for the Countryman.

where is the air sensor plug in goes between elbow and the crank vent hose? mine is an 08 cooper s and mine has it....

I eliminated mine with my first intake. This kit comes with resistors. Put one of the resistors in that plug and cover it with electrical tape.
