Ag man Cherise!!!!! You are far too stout! You have been exceptionally kind this week, I cant begin to explain how much I appreciate it xx So much love to you!
So as a newbie who had the exact Smart Vinyl experience you described - that comes as both good and bad news. 😮 Good - that I am not alone and apparently not doing anything wrong / bad because I bought a Joy along with several rolls of that vinyl but have yet to yield anything useful. I will try making some large images to learn how to use it. I am definitely going to look for the knife and large scraper next! Thanks for your candid opinion on the products! I appreciate the advice!!
Thank you Kelly for this agree 100% on everything. I am so glad I did not get the pens I have the set of 4 which I have not used yet so they’re probably as dry as a bone.Sadly when 18 months ago I got my maker I could not get help as to what to buy so bought smart vinyl, glitter vinyl and holographic which I simply hate using!
My favourite is the XL scraper. I don't use the mini version anymore. My least favourite Cricut product is the blue mat. It looses it's sticky part very quickly
Thanks for sharing! I still use my blue mat for some cardstock and paper - try using a brayer with it to help extend the lifespan a bit :) Maybe give it a light wash too!
My top 3 - Best: XL Scraper, Brayer & double scoring wheel. First two for same reasons you discussed and third because it makes cardstock projects such a pleasure and gives a beautiful, professional finish! Worst: Infusible ink pens, single scoring wheel and Maker 3. First - as you said and second - never use it, always just use the double. Disappointed in Maker 3 after having a Maker. Hate the fact that it warps the edges of my mats. Thanks again for your great, authentic content, Kelly! Could you please send me the link for your magnetic bookmarks video?🌈🌈🌈
Very interesting Kelly. It’s really helpful to have you review and be completely honest about all the products and gadgets available. I have really only used my Cricut for cutting, embossing, drawing and a bit of foiling. I don’t have an easy press or mug press and have only just started to try out vinyl on projects. I love my weeding tool, mostly for taking the backing off double sided tape! I too love the wide scraper. I think I might invest in a Cricut brayer as mine is too hard I think, yours looks much better. My least favourite tool is the scoring stylus, I have torn lots of projects using it and gave up using it. I also have the embossing tool but it doesn’t work very well either. I actually use my foiling tips for scoring and embossing, I just change the operation type to foil instead of score but don’t put any foil on the card. Thank you for sharing a very informative video. ❤😘
What a very informative video 😊 thanks for sharing this. I also LOVE my brayer. I actually like the smart vinyl though because it sticks nicely and doesn't come off. I used it to make labels for all my tools, and so far none have come off. Great video, 😊
What an awsome video. Really love you keeping it real thank you so much. I dont have there mug press or easy press but rest are definitely on point. Material wise im not a fan.
It may be a problem, I havent worked extensively with it so I unfortunately cant advise with confidence, but a clamshell is usually the best option to go for if you are selling products.
Absolutely hate all the smart vinyl products there almost impossible to get off the backing. also, most of their vinyl that came in a Myster box is usually crap as well, that's why they are giving it away. I love all my Cricut machines, but I stay aways from any of their Materiels.

Thank you for sharing your insight on Cricut these products! Much appreciated!
You are so welcome!
My favourites are in line. The true control tool is definitely my number 1 with the Brayer at number 2.
haha yesss those two are so closely matched honestly!

oh yes great tools for sure! I also need to bring out Rose again, she has been sleeping a bit too long, I also love my Maker over my Maker 3 :)

Its honestly the least I can do 💚 Im just so glad I can help! Glad to hear we are on the same page!
Fav is the mini press
its so cute and useful sometimes!
I have got the cricut xl scraper on my christmas list ;-)
Great thing to add to your list!!
I really love my true control knife. I've had so many others and this is great. My other knives always loosened so the blade dropped out!
I know!!!!! Ive got about 8 in my craft knife graveyard, the Cricut one is the only one thats ever stood the test of time 😂
I like the smart paper.
It is quite cool!!
I've been thinking about getting the easy press, as I don't have much space, but as I make dtf products, I am concerned about the pressure aspect
It may be a problem, I havent worked extensively with it so I unfortunately cant advise with confidence, but a clamshell is usually the best option to go for if you are selling products.
@@KellyRossouw Thank you for the feedback. I was thinking along the same lines 💜
Love this!!! ❤️
yay! :D Thank you!
