Awesome content as usual. I always muscle up and cannot let the arm lay back. Always scared to hurt my shoulder if I do, which it does (hurt) every time I open up too fast or for some other reason. I probably have no clue what I'm doing... anyway gonna try out those static/closed off relax throws and work from there. Thx so much!
Great content! I recently had SLAP tear surgery and although I'm just trying to get back to pitching in my high tier men's league, can you give advice on how to safely get back to throwing? I formerly threw in the upper 80s (maybe touching 90 when all mechanics aligned properly).
👋 Your videos are awesome I got an injury for about two years ago during wrestling in my shoulder Now I want to play professional cricket but I cannot throw the ball properly I feel weekness and pain in my shoulder during throwing the ball like baseball throwers Plz can you help me in this case whether I need a surgery or should I try exercises?I am really worried about this
What’s the capturing momentum. What’s capturing the momentum. Sure I’m super loose in my arm swing and I throw and the arm goes where ever it wants and extends back. Is it just a follow the momentum and jus throw normally like playing catch. Still actively moving the arm
I have rounded shoulders and kind of stiff pecs when I throw from working out and lifting weights. I lack extension of the arm behind the back and lack posterior tilt in the scapula, giving me impingement and tension. Do you have any suggestions or recommendations to try and fix this? And work outs or type or training to fix this?
Also, what type of weight training should I avoid that cause tight shoulders. Do you think too many push-ups is bad for pitchers since it can cause stress for the muscles and joints in the front of the shoulders?
@@jamesleahy3480 Hey James, this is a common issue and is often linked to tightness through the front of your shoulder (specifically: pec minor, pec major and subclavius). A combination of mobility work and addressing the training approach can usually address this quickly. I tend to avoid high rep pressing, pec flies, etc. for these guys. We keep reps
Wonderful video, as usual! To accommodate for relaxing the tongue/face have any of you athletes experimented with a mouthpiece (AIRWAAV or something similar)? If so what kind of results were seen? Thanks
You need some exposure for this criminally underrated channel!
I know that pfp....

I like very very much your videos
The arm inside 90 improves efficiency and easier for the arm to rotate behind the body
Nice
