    Thanks, JP. My EEOC is actually very far ahead in the process. After investigation, management lied to mess up the merit decision. They thought then I be exhausted and withdraw my case, but I didn't. I appealed and came with all my proofs and exposed their lies. Now they are under panic attack. The deadline for the appeal is February 10. If i don't hear from them, I am going to court.

      HI Jonathan. I really need a lawyer. Because management is losing the case. They're going crazy on me. So, I opened a new case for retaliation. Please give me the infos for Delaware lawyers. Thanks

      They are working closely with the employer, keep a paper trail on them too as well. These agencies are working against the people.

      That is so true. I should have been pay a long time ago, but like I said they are hoping they will turn me around, so I can give up on my case. Expect I am not doing that. I am going all the way on the end. The next step is court. I got one of the EEO agent on phone who told me even sometimes when the court mandates them to pay the employee, they still don't want to do it, until they get threaten to be thrown in jail. So he told me different management different reaction. Some recognize early in the process and pay the employee some don't. It's really a tug of war. You just have to be patient and see it through to the end.

      Yes. You just gotta file the 1981 on your own.

      ​@@jjohnzon8742That's not true. You don't have to file 1981 on your own. They can and should be filed together, if the case facts warrant it.

      So now that Trump is saying The EEOC will no longer look at discrimination cases what do you suggest? I have a gender discrimination with retaliation case I need to pursue

    WHAT should i do, can him after mediation, case is in the headquartered state of the trucking compay, disability discrimination me vs. central transport(yellow trucks) detroit, disrimination done in chicago, but i went michigan, eeoc impossible, lawyer had me use mdcr, mediation before rite to sue, there was some other letter, he was askin for, but startin @ $35,000, 2 yrs. ive been sufferin, wtf, think im goin to puke!!! ahh

    I have done my homework and found all my proofs, so if I get a lawyer, great, if not , it will still be ok. It my proofs against their lies at this point so...

    JP! help plz!!! my employment lawyer that took my case 1 yr 10 mon. ago, i got a open and shut ADA 1990 act , violation case, and when he took my call damn near 2 yrs. ago, and i had to tell him the chapter to look up in act, he told me to come home get divorced, lose my job, get a shrink and on meds!!! i have no wife or kids, homes paid off, i did exactly what he said, NOW!= been off all this time and today hes like you havent been working!? he want to go low $$ WTF.... we got mediation in the mornin... 2 yrs i want $200,000 he's wantin to start $35,000

    But the 1981 law can only be applied towards individuals and not companies right?
