    I’m so glad I found your videos. These are the best touring vids I’ve seen yet. And those water falls are absolutely, amazingly fantastic. Well done. I’m inspired since I ride the same bike. Just brilliant!!!

    Richy Vida, Egone and the boys do some great trips and their tour of Norway is one of the best. Stunningly beautiful country, I've never been there but hope to visit one day.
    Superb video.

    Just subscribed to your channel, I will be planning a trip to Norway , The trip wont be for a couple of years, I have a 1000 questions, but will only ask 1.
    What is the best way to get to Stavanger? Assuming this is the best place to start from?
    I will be travelling from Edinburgh, I wish to visit the Lofoten Islands and go as far as Nordkamp. Look forward to your reply.

    Hi mate. Could you tell me how to get your audio as good as it is? You have a perfect balance of road/bike and voice audio. What equipment are you using and are you doing any post edit on the audio? Thanks. Great videos

    • @UneasyRider
      @UneasyRider  5 років тому

      Cheers for saying it sounds good. It was a bain of my life getting it half decent. It's still not as good as I would like. I find the double bubble screen and upright riding style make it difficult. I use a normal mic with a dead cat. I then use audacity just to tweak the levels.

    • @ABIKETHING
      @ABIKETHING 5 років тому

      @@UneasyRider Audacity is a post edit software? I've just started using a Rode Wireless Go with a dead kitten either attached directly to the Rode Wireless Go but also trying a lavalier mic with dead kitten taped inside my lid, but I'm still getting that wind noise plus I can't avoid audio clipping with the mic so close to my mouth. I guess audacity helps with that? I'm thinking about doing two audio sources. A recorder in a zipped pocket just to get sounds of the bike without the wind noise and the other inside my lid.

    • @UneasyRider
      @UneasyRider  5 років тому

      @@ABIKETHING you'll get there. Just research. Look at my chin mount video. If you want to learn about audacity theres loads of videos. If you get stuck drop me a line on Facebook or twitter and I'll give you my settings. Ride safe

    Hi Thanks for the info. Can I ask you a couple of more questions please. I've booked the ferries to arrive in Norway on the 7th August and intend to ride north returning to Denmark on the 17th August. Are the roads likely to be icy? Also so I can budget what is the price of fuel? Also can cheap hotels be found on route or should I prebook do you think? Finally do you think a budget of £100 hotels per night and £50 food per day for two will cover it? Again thanks Derek
