- Join us as we visit Twinlakes Park located in Melton Mowbray in Leicestershire England for the very first time
This is a really nice family theme park which is aimed at younger children hence why you need a child with you to be able to visit the park, on this occasion I had special permission thanks to the marketing manager so thanks for the opportunity
The park itself is well landscaped and has a huge amount of rides and attractions some of which are housed inside 2 giant buildings, there are themed areas, 3 roller coasters, a water park, miniature train plus a large animal section, the park is also home to the multi award winning Xtreme Scream Park Halloween event and has an Xscape Rooms attraction
Vlog is filmed in 4K 24fps using a GoPro Hero 9 Black with official accessories

@@Coaster_Crazy that's no worries at all and I do have 2 things to tell you. 1. As I have looked on the Longleat Website the tickets for the Land of Light is now available to buy. 2. from the last weekend when I went to Watermead to do Kayaking and Paddle Boarding guess what I fell into the lake and I think I had a swim in there
i used to go here all the time as a kid, it’s so weird seeing how much has changed and it bought a lot of memories back🥺was nice to see a vlog from here and my childhood park getting a little promo!!
We loved the place, just a shame it has that no children no entry policy in place otherwise we would have gone ages ago ! So lucky to get that permission to visit and film this vlog and get 3 more coaster credits

Rob Hughes they seem to be getting 2 spinning coasters, hopefully not the same as Twist and Joust at Gulliver’s Milton Keynes as it’s rubbish lol made by an unknown Italian company called EOS
hopefully they get something like Tidal Wave at Clarence Pier instead as the one at Gulliver's land is always Breaking Down and is not very reliable so I don't think they will use EOS rides again

Great vlog. The miniature train also came from American Adventure. Good to see the old Buffalo coaster still running. Shame that park closed, you would have enjoyed it!

I been to that park before and it was so awesome and they had an train inside for like 4 times which was awesome

Tbh i think it’s one of the worst looking vlogs I’ve uploaded, it’s all fuzzy in places when it should be super clear

I love It there I live in Melton Mowbray and I used to go there regularly but they upped their prices of the passes and we have not been for quite a while

I dont think that the mazes will be as scary this year as there is no getting in your face or touching but looking forward to scarefest this weekend

@@Coaster_Crazy I would like to get to one of these events set up by a smaller company or farm park ect but there isn't any around me and it's a long way to travel to get to them but hopefully in the near future
Really does stink you need kids to go there cause that park looks more fun for adults lol 😆. We have a ride at our park like that horse you rode called Moose on the Loose . I did not ride it but my bro and his friend did , sooo funny 😄. Hope we can see the mazes. Can kids even go in them ? Great time love hearing Lisa too. Be safe mate .
Is there any parks in America near you where you need children to get in !? No we are not allowed to film on the mazes or houses as you call them and no I think you have to be over 16 to visit the event
Coaster Crazy Where I am in Buffalo NY no we only have the one park Darien Lake and no others around me require having children to go in. That stinks we can’t see the houses but please give a great description and to be 16 to go in nutty lol . Thx mate for answering me 🎃🎃
@@Coaster_Crazy also I watched a vlog from Theme Park Worldwide he went to Thorpe park for their Halloween event he could record in their mazes, are you going there so you could record them for your fans ?
Xanadu Rocks he went to a VIP preview night which I sadly wasn’t invited too as I’m not special enough and yes they were allowed to film in the 2 mazes there but on a normal night you are not allowed unfortunately 😥

I've been to wheel gate in Mansfield it's not bad little coaster but it's another park where you need a child with you to enter

45:05 you will have to come again because that is one of the best rides there it’s just because of the cloud above it

It was filmed in 4K 24fps and rendered in 4K on iMovie and then uploaded on to UA-cam !! Not sure if comes out as 4K on a 4K TV tho lol but only showing 1080p when watching on my iPhone as it doesn’t do 4K

You should go at all the celebrations so like Christmas is the best one
Went to Wheelgate, never again, the staff were so rude to me and my party it's unreal! Left and didn't get chance to go on anything :(

Was planning on going here but are going to robbin wood wheel gate park as it’s a little closer but we plan on going oh there next year as it looks fantastic
Theme Park Fanatic we are planning on going to Wheelgate soon as we have been given permission to go there as well, then I would have done all the theme parks in England with a coaster, then it’s just a couple of small amusement parks left and then I’ve visited every park in the UK
6:00 it has been really bad before one time we had t wait an hour until we could get in the park itself
It confuses me how so many parks are now putting into place a "no gopro policy". People like you are literally giving them free advertising (this comment isnt necessarily linked to this video its just in general). Like i get its a possible safety hazard but the parks could work around it. The yt enthusiasts are gonna stop going to the big merlin parks if theyre not allowed to film which is why i like watching you and Slothy Vlogs go to the smaller parks and funfairs. Good vlog though really enjoyed it

Theme Park Fanatic I did Fear Island a couple of years ago and it was ok for what it was but this year they have banned on ride filming and you can’t film in the mazes either so it would be a very boring vlog not that my vlogs are interesting anyway lol 😂
I shall be going to both, I also do live streams on twitch which is a lot of fun interacting with viewers. Just did Thorpe Park Live stream the zones were perfect for it.

Yeah they are not building a wooden coaster, they are meant to be but I think it was just a silly rumour !! It was suppose to be the same as Antelope at Gulliver’s Warrington and it’s not very good

The wooden rollercoaster is on the plan's for one of the next stages of the park in a couple years time

Yes they will build it in about 2 years time and will be located at the side of western world on the right as it was originally going to be near the lost world area but they had to change the plan's because of the land was not right for the rollercoaster or something

Pay to get in and rides are included just like most other theme parks
