We saw two strategies, chairman tried to first consolidate Manchurian then conquer China, playmaker just went balls to the wall and focused on China from the get go, even forsaking Liaoning It was reckless and painful from corruption, insolvency, and rebels, but playmaker made a play for the objective, and won. Awesome challenge!
I think its the best format of that. Players play as one tag (nation) with one goal is far more intrestig than when they were on one map, there we can see different glitches and strategies for one country like in real sport, we csn clearly see the finish line.
Have you considered inviting Quarbit and/or Cool Bonobo to the next qualifiers? There are so many good creators for such an old game. I wonder what the transition to V will be like.
i just did an entire playthru right to 1821 and manchu were highly unaggressive for some reason... they attacked japan & ming maybe twice and then just sat there & never did anything other than take all the tribes in the north east area.. dunno why cos they always had more troops & same tech.. the only nation on its border that was stronger was russia.. oh and they did take all of korea... but then almost nothing for 100s of years

Hi Red Hawk. What's your nationality/country of origin? You have such an interesting accent.
don't kow what his ethnic background is but he has stated before that he's from Kiribati (seriously)
why did no one take EoC for the cores? was it against rules
In the first war where The Playmaker went bankrupt, he took the Mandate of Heaven
Please show off the goal of the challenge at the start, is it only ming privinces? Is it the subcontinent? Is it modrrn day chinese borders?
Subcontinent I guess
It was the chinese subcontinent, so so a province from korchin there for example would count towards it.
