I know you did a video on chicken tikka masala but you should have a proper full on Indian takeaway. A few different curries such as vindaloo, madras, etc, bhajis, samosas, tandoori chicken. Go all out, you'll love it.
Fish fingers are typically on the menu for kids who have plainer pallets. However, a British staple is the fish finger sandwich. If you have time then get yourself some Bird's Eye fish fingers from the supermarket, and have them on buttered bread with a sauce of choice - ketchup or HP sauce is the standard.
I recommend getting real fancy with the chunky fish fingers, buttered bread, a slice of plastic cheese, and tartare sauce or ketchup. Personally I have some lettuce in there too.

A nickname that comes from like a slang term of respect when referring to the (Usually Middle eastern) owner of these kind of places, I actually have no idea where the term came from but it just kind of stuck. They are usually one of place (Though some, like spicehut, do franchise, we have chesters in the north that is similar) owned by one guy and a couple of his family members or friends working in the back. You can find one in pretty much any local area in the country, some times on high streets, some times just tooked into a corner in a council estate. They all serve pretty much exactly the same thing, Kebab, pizza, burger and chicken, but the quality is wildly different between different places and everyone has their favourite, I would put money on everyone between the ages of like 14 and 60 having their favourite bossman spot. They are the quintessential british drunk food, most people who have never been here or dont know much about the UK would say our drunk food would be Fish n chips or pie or something but no, when you are out on the lash, on the way home, wandering through town pissed as a fart with your mates there is nothing like stopping in to your favourite bossman shop for a kebab or a chicken meal or a whole ass garlic bread with cheese and just stumbling home devouring it and dealing with the havoc the crappy food and too much alcohol has played on your guts in the morning.
You don't know about Naga wings (03:30)? The naga is a bird indigenous to the UK. It's unique in that it's born with 3 wings.... a left wing, a right wing and a takeaway wing. Food shops harness the takeaway wing to serve to hung-over Americans. FYI the naga birds wings grow back if you remove them.
