I have it on my shoulder. The pain is pretty bad. My ROM is quite good for now, but it is going worse i can feel it and see it. My bone has not collapse yet. I've been told that AVN never cured itself. Allways has to do core de... Or total joint replacement. Is that correct, or is there a hope to to get better without any surgerys? I have ostheo arthritis also and i take biologic medicin for it. And propably i got AVN cortison injections, 8 x in myn shoulder joint. And i have used prednison like 2-3 years. Not anymore tho... But, can it cured? Please answer
I was just diagnosed with AVN on 70% articular surface of my humeral head. Was due to a dislocation/ fracture. I can see Lifelong depression is about to set in. This sucks
