What happened when you want to make some color grading to the finished psd file ? you must begin the all this process from the beginning ( lightroom - photoshop ) ?

No you dont need to start over since the adjustments are saved into the TIFF file. If you reopen into Photoshop all the layer info still remains. If you make added lightroom adjustments after, I believe you can just choose to edit the original TIFF if you try to bring it back to Photoshop too
