Thanks for inspiring my blackstone cook this weekend. But I have the two burner black stone (won it in a fire house charity raffle) and it’s the two burner. My hot/cold spots are bananas. Any advice navigating the two burner blackstone would be greatly appreciated
Hey man, thanks for watching! I'd grab an infrared thermometer if you don't have one already so you can see the temps across the griddle. They're pretty cheap on amazon.
