How would you want a Cavora set to look like? LEGO wasn't really making sets with the sole purpose of display at the time when it comes to their original themes. Maybe it could work in the outlands wave with the outlands tribes stealing Chi, but then it would probably be a more minifigure scale tunnel rather than the whole mountain as you seem to wish. I'm much happier with the sets we got than if we got Cavora instead.

All the vehicles are "slightly different" in the show. They were specifically redesigned for it to be more streamlined/more impressive.
