Contemporary House Born from a Renovation | GA House

This house underwent a complete renovation, blending contemporary elements with the original structure. Motivated by the owners' emotional attachment, the renovation included removing 100m² of the original build, creating spacious, well-lit interiors. The upper floor was remodeled to enhance views, and metallic pergolas were added for protection and a modern touch. A new metallic structure extends from the roof to a double-height area, forming a transparent mezzanine that connects the library and bedrooms.
