I'm having a problem of the typical "robotic sound" when I plug my PC to another monitor, I don't know if it's because the monitor has speakers or it's my PC that can't handle all the processes because when I open OBS it rarely happens too
most likely insufficient cpu power to handle the second screen. If ur laptop gets hot, it might be thermal throttling because you are projecting to another screen, causing cpu speed to drop, cpu speed drop means it’s won’t be able to handle as much from voicemeeter compared to if the cpu speed was faster. I can suggest that you check your that your laptop battery settings is selected for best performance to help cpu run faster, and to also cool your laptop down with a fan. Best of luck
a high sample rate is not important for video games (as long as it is above 44100 hz). Higher sample rates are only really useful for a music studio/audio engineer. Using a higher sample rate will require more cpu power, which could cause lag in your game. 44100/48000 is perfectly fine for video games.
